The Temple
The remains of the monumental temple can be found in the western part of the city. The building (21 x 28 m) lies on a raised podium with a staircase on the eastern side. At the front there were six fluted columns, of which remain two bases, fragments of a base and capitals. Entrance into the shrine (cella) was through a door from the porch on the western side. It was divided by columns into three areas for worshipping the Capitoline triad (Jupiter, Juno, Minerva).
